Its a home-grown layout I did myself, but there are several half-paged themes around. Google “Half-Baked”, I think it is similar and splits the page down the center.

Truthfully, the stimulus IS helping first time home buyers and the 8 grand credit has helped alot! Now if the lenders could just align themselves with the stimulus… well, you get it.

One thing for sure – its going to shake up the world of lending for quite a long time!

I predict credit card companies… aka banks… turn the lending industry on its ear and start charging consumers for EVERY LITTLE THING they can, since they will be losing 20 Billion a year in card fees for those who go 1 day late on their payments!!
