Economic Stimulus Plan – Is It Helping You?

With all the media focusing on whether or not there should be a second Stimulus plan – aka – spending bill, I thought it would be good to hear if the first one has helped anyone personally?

I help alot of folks with websites and such… the Realtors I help out have all said that the situation with them is dire. People with great credit being turned away due to lack of a 30% down payment, etc.

Truthfully, the stimulus IS helping first time home buyers and the 8 grand credit has helped alot! Now if the lenders could just align themselves with the stimulus… well, you get it.
